Every ThamesWey property is maintained in line with statutory safety requirements, including regular safety inspections, periodic electrical checks and fire safety assessments across all multi‑occupancy buildings. We monitor compliance proactively, giving you confidence that your home meets the required standards.

Homes Built for Lower Bills

Energy costs matter, and we have invested seriously to keep them down. Around 90% of our residential portfolio already meets or exceeds the EPC C standard that the wider private rented sector will not be required to achieve until 2030, and more than half of our homes already reach the higher A or B ratings.

Many of our newest homes go further still, with features like air source heat pumps, solar panels, district heat networks, triple glazing and EV charging built in from the start.
